Greenfields CSG Gathering Network Design

As part of ongoing field development projects, Tier 1 designed and delivered a 16-well greenfields package, including gas and water gathering networks, a horizontal directional drill, and a large bore carbon steel manifold. Our scope covered mechanical engineering, drafting and project management, completing the project ahead of schedule to ensure construction readiness.
Moomba Carbon Capture & Storage Project

Tier 1 delivered engineering support for the Cooper Basin Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) project, which is the second of its kind in Australia. The team successfully managed the detailed design, safety reviews, procurement, construction, commissioning & operations support across the facility, pipeline & injection wells.
Saraji MIA Transformer & Backup Generator Installation

Tier 1 managed a power infrastructure upgrade, replacing an aging 11kV feeder wih a permanent underground supply and backup generator for uninterrupted operations. Our scope included execution, civil and electrical works, and system integration, utilising under-boring techniques to minimise site disruption. The project was completed with commissioning and final testing, ensuring a safer, more efficient, and future-proofed power system.
Upstream CSG Catalogue Design & Development

Tier 1 was engaged to review and assess legacy gas and water wellsite riser designs based on updated construction and design methodology. Tier 1 was able to successfully redesign all risers to reduce unnecessary onsite field welds, improving constructibility and providing cost savings for our client. Successful delivery of this design required Tier 1 engineers to ensure the client’s technical fabrication and construction stakeholders were satisfied.
